Terms of Use

These terms are a legally binding agreement. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

1. Definitions

  • "Mustafeed" / "we" / "us": the platform available at mustafeed.com.sa and the entity operating it.
  • "User" / "you": any person who accesses or uses the platform.
  • "Services": all tools, information, and content provided via the platform, including the calculator, AI assistant, articles, guides, and deals.
  • "PDPL": Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law enacted by Royal Decree M/19 and its executive regulations.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using any part of the Services, creating an account, or checking a consent box, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy, which together form the agreement between you and Mustafeed. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately.

By completing this consent electronically, you acknowledge that the agreement is concluded electronically under Articles 5 and 10 of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law, and that electronic acceptance, signatures, and records have full legal effect.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Saudi law.
  • The Services are intended for residents and citizens of Saudi Arabia and specified GCC countries.
  • You must not be barred from receiving the Services under any applicable law or sanctions regime (including Saudi or UN sanctions).

4. Service Description & Financial Disclaimer

Mustafeed is an independent credit card comparison platform. We are not a bank, broker, financial advisor, or institution licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) or the Capital Market Authority (CMA). We do not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. All tools, outputs, recommendations, and comparisons on the platform are general information for guidance only, based on data you enter or data published by banks — which may contain errors or be outdated.

4.1 Our relationship with banks

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, we have NO formal commercial partnership or agreement with the banks listed on Mustafeed. We list products that are publicly available on those banks' websites. The mention of a bank or card name does not imply their endorsement of Mustafeed, any contractual relationship, or any verification or approval of our content by the bank.

4.2 Card data may be incomplete or differ

We rely on banks' public pages. Some information — especially annual fees, fee-waiver conditions, profit/interest rates, monthly caps, and welcome-offer terms — may be incomplete or different from what appears inside a bank's portal, its internal compare tool, or its application flow. A card that looks free on Mustafeed may turn out to have fees at the bank, and vice versa. A bank may change its terms at any time without prior notice.

You MUST verify directly with the relevant bank before applying for any product — including verifying the annual fee and all other terms — and rely on their official documents, not on Mustafeed, for any financial decision. Any decision you make is your sole responsibility, and Mustafeed bears no liability for any difference between what appears here and what the bank actually offers.

5. AI Assistant

The AI assistant on the platform generates responses automatically and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information ("hallucinations"). Do not rely on its output as financial advice. Your prompts may be processed by providers outside the Kingdom (e.g., Anthropic) subject to PDPL cross-border safeguards. We reserve the right to apply fair-use rate limits and block misuse.

6. User Accounts, Security & Representations

  • You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information.
  • You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your password and all activity under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately at support@mustafeed.com.sa upon any suspected unauthorized use.
  • Sharing accounts or using them for commercial purposes is prohibited without a written agreement from us.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account where we suspect a breach of these Terms, fraud, or abuse.
  • Sanctions representation: You represent that you are not a person listed on Saudi, UN, or applicable sanctions lists, and you will notify us if your status changes.
  • Beneficial owner representation: You represent that you are the true beneficiary of your use of the Services and are not using them on behalf of another undisclosed person.
  • Politically Exposed Persons (PEP): If you fall within the classification of a Politically Exposed Person, you agree to notify us in writing when subscribing to paid plans.

7. Acceptable Use

You must NOT:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of third-party rights.
  • Impersonate any person or provide misleading information.
  • Scrape, data-mine, use bots or any automated access without prior written permission.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the platform's source code.
  • Attempt to breach security, bypass access controls, or introduce malware.
  • Manipulate the referral program (fake accounts, fraud, collusion).
  • Use the platform to send spam or abusive content.
  • Resell, license, or commercially exploit the content without permission.
  • Use the platform to promote products or activities prohibited under Saudi law or Shariah (e.g., gambling, unlicensed financial solicitation, deceptive practices).

Compliance with Saudi laws: You undertake to fully comply with all Saudi laws, regulations, and instructions regarding anti-money laundering (AML), combating the financing of terrorism (CFT), cybersecurity, credit information, and personal data protection — including CITC regulations on SMS and electronic communications.

We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access without notice for breaches of this section.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the platform — including source code, design, the "Mustafeed" trademark, logo, guides, articles, calculator models, and generated content — are owned by or licensed to Mustafeed. You are granted no right or license other than a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform personally and for non-commercial purposes.

9. User-Submitted Content

When you submit any content (reviews, ratings, AI assistant messages, comments, support tickets), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable, perpetual license to use that content to operate and improve the Services, train models in de-identified form, and display it within the platform. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that the content does not violate any rights.

10. Third-Party Links & Commissions

The platform contains links to bank and third-party websites. We do not control those sites and assume no responsibility for their content, practices, or availability. We may receive a commission when you apply via our links; such commissions do not influence recommendation rankings or calculator logic. We engage with banks transparently and accept no hidden inducements.

11. Paid Subscriptions (Pro)

  • Price & renewal: The displayed price is inclusive of VAT. Subscriptions auto-renew (monthly or annually per plan) until cancelled.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel at any time from your profile; your account remains active until the end of the paid billing cycle.
  • Refunds & right of withdrawal: Per the Saudi E-Commerce Law (Royal Decree M/126) and its Implementing Regulations, the 7-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content or services already delivered or commenced with your express prior consent. For any refund request permitted by law, contact support@mustafeed.com.sa within 7 days of purchase and before using the service.
  • Price changes: We may change subscription prices upon at least 30 days' prior notice; you may cancel before the change takes effect.
  • Payment gateway: Processing is via Moyasar or a licensed payment gateway. We do not store full card numbers ourselves.

12. Referral Program

  • Referral rewards (a free period of Pro) are granted to both referrer and referred user after email verification and provided no abuse is detected.
  • We reserve the right to void rewards or accounts where we detect manipulation (fake accounts, single IP, similar emails, VPN evasion, self-referrals, collusion).
  • Abuse review procedure: On suspicion, the reward is frozen for up to 14 days pending review. We will notify the user and allow them to submit evidence of a legitimate referral before a final decision is made.
  • We may change the reward value or end the program at any time with 14 days' prior notice.

13. Beta Features

We may offer features labeled as beta or experimental. These are provided "as is" without warranties and may change or be discontinued without notice. You use them at your own risk.

14. Service Modification or Suspension

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time for any reason, including maintenance, updates, or legal reasons. We are not liable for any loss resulting from such modification or suspension.

15. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from your profile or by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately and without compensation for: (a) breach of these Terms, (b) fraudulent behavior, (c) prolonged inactivity over 24 months, or (d) legal/regulatory reasons. Intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification provisions survive termination.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING — WITHOUT LIMITATION — WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT INFORMATION ON THE PLATFORM IS ACCURATE OR UP-TO-DATE.

17. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

  • Mustafeed, its officers, employees, and contractors shall NOT be liable for any consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services is limited to: (a) the amount you paid Mustafeed in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) SAR 500, whichever is greater.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g., fraud or personal injury caused by gross negligence).

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mustafeed, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Services, (b) your breach of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third-party rights, or (d) any content you submit.

19. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including: acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, infrastructure outages, directives from regulatory authorities (including SAMA, SDAIA, CITC), SARIE or Mada network disruptions, regional cybersecurity incidents, Hajj/Umrah-season infrastructure load, and international sanctions.

20. Miscellaneous

  • Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect.
  • No waiver: Our failure to exercise a right is not a waiver of that right.
  • Assignment: You may not assign this agreement without our written consent. We may assign it to any party.
  • Entire agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between us.
  • Notices: We deliver notices electronically to your registered email; they are deemed received upon sending.
  • Language: In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English and Arabic versions, the Arabic version shall be the approved and binding version (النسخة العربية هي المعتمدة).

21. Privacy

Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and Saudi PDPL.

22. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

Complaint process:

  1. Submit your complaint to us first at support@mustafeed.com.sa. We will acknowledge receipt within 7 business days and provide a final response within a maximum of 30 business days.
  2. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate according to the nature of the complaint:
  • Financial / banking matters: Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) Consumer Protection Department at sama.gov.sa.
  • Personal data / privacy: Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA) at sdaia.gov.sa.
  • Telecom / SMS: Communications, Space & Technology Commission (CITC) at citc.gov.sa.
  • Consumer protection: Ministry of Commerce at mc.gov.sa.

These Terms and their interpretation are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the PDPL and its Implementing Regulations, Saudi Central Bank regulations, the Electronic Transactions Law, the E-Commerce Law, and Consumer Protection regulations. Before resorting to litigation, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute by good-faith negotiation within 60 days of written notice. If unresolved, the competent courts of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

23. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
